Lab Report

The third assignment for the semester was to complete a lab report. My group decided to pick the pendulum lab which describes the materials used in the lab, the results, the procedure, background information, and a brief summary of the lab. We decided to choose this lab because we have all completed this as students, either in high school or in college. As a group, we split up the sections and finally composed a draft and a final copy. The audience of this lab was intended for any engineer or student taking physics as a science class. We wrote this lab to incorporate specific data and calculations that are important for the understanding of the lab. The purpose of this lab report was to educate future physics students and current students on how to write a correct lab report that is formatted properly. Finally, we also want to educate those that do not know about the lab and its components.
